This Privacy Policy explains how Movinnza collects, uses, and protects information when you use LuxuryOS. We take data privacy seriously and have designed our platform with that principle at its core.
1. Who We Are

2. What Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Name, work email address, agency name, phone number, and billing information provided when you create an account or update your profile.
Platform usage logs including features accessed, actions taken, timestamps, and device/browser information. This helps us maintain security and improve the product.
Data you enter into LuxuryOS about your clients, bookings, suppliers, and itineraries. This data belongs entirely to you. We access it only when required to operate the platform or provide support you have requested.
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. We receive transaction references and status updates only.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

LuxuryOS stores all data in ACID-compliant PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. Our security architecture includes:

- —Access to production systems limited to a small number of authorized engineers
5. Your Data Belongs to You
You have full rights over the data you store in LuxuryOS. You can export your data at any time in standard formats. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes. Ever.
6. Cookies
LuxuryOS uses cookies strictly for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
Session cookies expire when you close your browser or log out. Persistent authentication tokens are used only when you choose to stay signed in and can be revoked from your account settings at any time.
7. Third-Party Services
LuxuryOS integrates with a small number of third-party services to operate the platform:
We do not use advertising networks, social media trackers, or behavioral analytics platforms.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. We will also update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of LuxuryOS after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
