What is LuxuryOS?

LuxuryOS is an enterprise booking and operations platform built specifically for luxury travel agencies. It consolidates itinerary management, supplier payments, client CRM, reporting, and 17 other modules into one unified system, replacing fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

Who is LuxuryOS designed for?

LuxuryOS is purpose-built for luxury travel agencies handling high-value itineraries, multi-vendor coordination, and complex client relationships. Teams of 3 to 300 use it. If your agency books private jets, villa rentals, yacht charters, or bespoke group journeys, LuxuryOS was designed around your workflows.

How do I get started?

Request an enterprise sandbox via our Contact page. Our team will schedule an onboarding call, configure your workspace, and walk your team through setup. Most agencies are fully operational within one week.

Can you migrate our existing data?

Yes. We support structured data imports from spreadsheets and CSV exports from most travel CRM tools. For complex migrations involving legacy databases or non-standard formats, our team works with you directly. Data fidelity is guaranteed before you go live.

How long does setup take?

A standard setup including workspace configuration, user roles, and data import takes 3 to 7 business days. Larger teams with complex permission structures or existing supplier databases may take up to two weeks. We handle the heavy lifting so your team can focus on clients.

Pricing and Plans
What plans are available?

LuxuryOS offers three tiers: Core (foundational booking and client management), Pro (full 21-module access with advanced reporting), and Enterprise (custom modules, dedicated infrastructure, and SLA guarantees). See our Pricing page for details.

Are there passthrough costs?

LuxuryOS does not mark up supplier payments. When you process payments through the platform, standard payment gateway fees (Razorpay or your connected processor) apply at their published rates. We never add a platform margin on top. Your subscription fee is the only cost from us.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a guided enterprise sandbox rather than a self-serve trial. This gives your team a properly configured environment that reflects your actual workflow rather than a generic demo. Contact us to request access.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and UPI for Indian clients. Enterprise clients on annual plans can be invoiced directly. Contact our team to arrange the right billing method for your agency.

What are the 21 modules?

Do I have to use all modules?

No. Modules are activated per workspace. You can start with the core booking and CRM modules and expand as your team grows. Unused modules do not clutter your interface. Your workspace administrator controls what each team member can see and access.

Is LuxuryOS mobile-friendly?

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and optimized for tablet and mobile use. Travel consultants on the road can view itineraries, check booking status, and communicate with clients from any device. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.

What integrations are available?

LuxuryOS integrates with Razorpay for payment processing, WhatsApp Business API for client messaging, and standard calendar and email tools. Enterprise clients can request custom API integrations with existing supplier systems or internal databases. A public API is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Security and Data
How is my data kept safe?

LuxuryOS is built on ACID-compliant PostgreSQL with encrypted storage, TLS in transit, role-based access controls, and an immutable audit log of every system action. Access is strictly limited to authenticated users with appropriate permissions. We do not share, sell, or use your agency data for any purpose outside operating the platform.

Are backups taken automatically?

Yes. Automated backups run daily with point-in-time recovery available for Enterprise clients. Backup retention is 30 days on Pro and 90 days on Enterprise. We test restore integrity regularly and can recover from failures quickly.

Can I export my data?

Yes. All your data is exportable at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON). There is no lock-in. If you ever leave LuxuryOS, you receive a full export of your workspace before your account closes. We believe you should always own your data.

Who at LuxuryOS can access my data?

Access to client data is restricted to a small number of authorized engineers for maintenance and support purposes only, and only when you have requested assistance. All internal access is logged. We will never browse your client records, itineraries, or financial data without your explicit request.
