LuxuryOS is not a shared multi-tenant platform. Every client gets a dedicated hosted instance. Your client data, bookings, and financials are completely isolated and never shared with any other agency.
You own your data completely

Security Built Into Every Layer
From the API gateway to the database, every part of LuxuryOS is designed with security as a requirement, not an afterthought.
Authentication
JWT tokens with refresh token rotation. Session hijacking and credential replay attacks are blocked at the API layer before they reach any application logic.
Role-Based Access Control
Every staff member sees only what their role allows. A sales agent cannot access finance. A finance user cannot modify bookings. Admins control everything.
ACID Database Transactions
PostgreSQL guarantees that every booking, payment, and record either saves completely or rolls back entirely. There is no partial data. There is no corruption from a dropped connection.
Immutable Audit Log
Every action taken inside LuxuryOS is logged permanently with the user, timestamp, and exactly what changed. Nothing can be deleted from the audit trail.
API Request Validation
NestJS Guards and validation pipes check every incoming API request before it touches the database. Malformed inputs and injection attempts are rejected at the gateway.
Background Job Integrity
BullMQ with dead-letter queues ensures that failed background jobs like bulk WhatsApp campaigns do not silently disappear. Every job either completes or is logged for review.

Redis-Backed Caching
Session tokens and rate limiting state are managed in Redis with TTL expiry. Stale sessions expire automatically and cannot be reused.
BullMQ Job Retry Guarantees
Every background job has a retry policy and a dead-letter queue. Failed jobs are never silently dropped. They are logged, reviewed, and reprocessed.
Built on NestJS 11 and Fastify
The LuxuryOS API is built on NestJS 11 running on the Fastify adapter. This means request validation, guard-based authentication, and dependency injection are all handled at the framework level before any business logic runs. The architecture enforces security patterns consistently across every endpoint in the system.
