We built LuxuryOS on a policy of full cost transparency. There are no hidden platform fees, no percentage cuts on transactions, and no silent markups on third-party services.
WhatsApp API Pass-Through
WhatsApp charges per conversation based on Meta's published rates. We pass those costs directly to you at zero markup. You see the exact same invoice Meta sends us.
Per-Seat Expansion
Each tier includes a named-user allocation. If your team grows beyond that, additional seats are added at a per-seat monthly rate that is confirmed in writing in your agreement before activation.
Package Volume Caps
Boutique is capped at 50 active packages per month. Scale is capped at 200. Enterprise Luxury has no cap. If you consistently approach your limit, we will notify you and discuss the right upgrade before any service interruption.
Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?+
We do not offer a free trial. Instead, every prospective client can request a 14-day Enterprise Sandbox with full access to all modules. This gives you a real working environment to evaluate LuxuryOS properly rather than a limited demo. Request yours from the contact page.
Can I change my tier later?+
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for changing tiers.
What are WhatsApp API costs?+
WhatsApp charges businesses per conversation using a tiered rate set by Meta. The rate varies by country and conversation category (marketing, utility, service). We pass those costs directly to you at zero markup. Before you activate WhatsApp on your account, we will share Meta's current rate card so there are no surprises.
How does per-seat expansion work?+
Each tier includes a named-user limit (5 for Boutique, 15 for Scale, unlimited for Enterprise Luxury). If you need extra seats beyond your tier's allocation, they are added at a per-seat monthly rate that is defined in your subscription agreement. You will always see this rate before adding any seat.
Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fee on any tier. Onboarding support is included in your subscription. Boutique includes self-serve onboarding documentation. Scale includes two guided onboarding sessions. Enterprise Luxury includes white-glove onboarding with a dedicated implementation specialist and full data migration assistance.
